Energy and energy politics in today's turbulent Europe

Do we have enough energy? Is it the consumers or the politicians who are most influential when it comes to energy consumption? To what degree does energy politics influence the general development in Europe? Is CO2 capture and storage a wrong track or will it contribute towards reducing the carbon dioxide emissions? These are some of the questions that will be debated during the VISTA-day at the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters on the 20th of November.
